昨日、恩師がなくなりました。年齢を重ねるごとに 大切なひとをひとり一人失っていくのは、正直つらいことですね。３年前にも 血は繋がっていませんが 本当に一番お世話になった叔父を亡くした時は 結構こたえましたね。亡くなる１年前、肺がんで入退院を繰り返して、退院直後「潤ちゃんの晴れ舞台だから」と言って、微熱がある中、結婚式にも参加して頂きました。本当に寿命を削ってまで、参加してもらい 今でも感謝しています。幸いなことに 両親ともに健在で 父親も自分の孫におもちゃを買ってあげるために ７０歳を超えてもフルタイムで働いています。
こう考えると一度きりの人生、休むことも大事ですが悔いなく一日一日をつつがなく平穏無事に健康で暮らす大切が 身に沁みて良くわかりました。

我々G7 首脳は，地球規模の経済的及び政治的な主要課題に対処するため，2016 年 5 月 26 日及び 27 日に伊勢志摩で会合を開催した。世界的な成長は，低成長のリスクが残る中，依然として緩やかであり，かつ，潜在成長力を下回っている。拡大した地政学的な紛争，テロ及び難民の流れが，世界の経済環境を複雑にしている。暴力的過激主義，テロリストによる攻撃及び他の諸課題の増大は，既存のルールに基づく国際秩序並びに全人類に共通する価値及び原則に対する深刻な脅威をもたらしている。

Preamble
We, the leaders of the G7, met in Ise-Shima on 26 and 27 May 2016 to address major global economic and political challenges. Global growth remains moderate and below potential, while risks of weak growth persist. Escalated geo-political conflicts, terrorism and refugee flows complicate the global economic environment. The rise of violent extremism, terrorist attacks and other challenges,pose serious threat to the existing rule based international order, as well as to common values and principles for all humanity.

Preámbulo
Nosotros, los líderes del G7, nos reunimos en Ise-Shima los días 26 y 27 de mayo de 2016 para hacer frente a grandes desafíos económicos y políticos mundiales. El crecimiento mundial sigue siendo moderado y por debajo del potencial, mientras persisten los riesgos de un crecimiento débil. Los conflictos geopolíticos escalonados, el terrorismo y los flujos de refugiados complican el entorno económico mundial. El surgimiento del extremismo violento, los ataques terroristas y otros desafíos, ponen en grave peligro el actual orden internacional basado en el orden, así como los valores y principios comunes para toda la humanidad.

The G7 has a special responsibility to lead international efforts to tackle these challenges. We remain bound together as a group guided by our common values and principles, including freedom,democracy, the rule of law and respect for human rights. Furthermore, following the adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (2030 Agenda) and the Paris Agreement on climate change last year, we will further make efforts to implement our commitments. Today, we have demonstrated our capacity to make tangible progress on a broad range of economic, security, and development policy issues, and we will demonstrate through our actions, a path forward in solving
major issues to ensure peace, security and prosperity of the world.

El G7 tiene la responsabilidad especial de dirigir los esfuerzos internacionales para abordar estos desafíos. circumstances, we commit to strengthening our economic policy responses in a cooperative manner and to employing a more forceful and balanced policy mix, in order to swiftly achieve a strong, sustainable and balanced growth pattern.

We reiterate our commitments to using all policy tools – monetary, fiscal and structural –
individually and collectively, to strengthen global demand and address supply constraints, while continuing our efforts to put debt on a sustainable path. We reaffirm the important role of mutually-reinforcing fiscal, monetary and structural policies, the three pronged approach, to buttress our efforts to achieve strong, sustainable, and balanced growth. We concur on the importance of strengthening our efforts in a cooperative manner to implement our fiscal strategies flexibly to strengthen growth, job creation and confidence, while enhancing resilience and ensuring debt as a share of GDP on a sustainable path, as well as to advance structural reform decisively. We are committed to advancing structural reforms to boost growth,productivity and potential output and to leading by example in addressing structural challenges.We commit to further investment in areas conducive to economic growth, such as environment,energy, digital economy, human resource development, education, science and technology.

Reiteramos nuestro compromiso de utilizar todos los instrumentos de política monetaria, fiscal y estructural,Individual y colectivamente, para fortalecer la demanda mundial y hacer frente a las limitaciones de la oferta, mientras continuamos nuestros esfuerzos para colocar la deuda en un camino sostenible. Reafirmamos el importante papel de las políticas fiscales, monetarias y estructurales, que se refuerzan mutuamente, en el triple enfoque, para reforzar nuestros esfuerzos para lograr un crecimiento fuerte, sostenible y equilibrado. 移民及び難民：G7 は，現在進行中の移民及び難民の大規模な移動を，世界的な対応をとる必要がある地球規模の課題として認識する。我々は，難民，その他の避難民及びその受入れコミュニティの即時の及びより長期的なニーズに応えるための世界的な支援を増加することにコミットする。G7 は，国際金融機関及び二国間ドナーに対し，資金的及び技術的な支援を促進することを奨励する。
Migration and Refugees: The G7 recognizes the ongoing large scale movements of migrants and refugees as a global challenge which requires a global response. We commit to increase global assistance to meet immediate and long-term needs of refugees and other displaced persons as well as their host communities. The G7 encourages international financial institutions and bilateral donors to bolster their financial and technical assistance.

Nos comprometemos a aumentar la asistencia mundial para satisfacer las necesidades inmediatas ya largo plazo de los refugiados y otras personas desplazadas, así como de sus comunidades de acogida. El G7 alienta a las instituciones financieras internacionales ya los donantes bilaterales a reforzar su asistencia financiera y técnica.

Trade: We are committed to using trade to create economic opportunities for workers,
consumers and firms. We reaffirm our commitment to keep our markets open and to fight all forms of protectionism. In order to further boost free trade, we commit to strengthen the
rules-based multilateral trading system and promote WTO negotiations. We also encourage trade liberalization efforts through regional trade agreements including the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), the Japan-EU Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA), the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). We recognize that global excess capacity in industrial sectors, especially steel, is a pressing structural challenge with global implications and this issue needs to be urgently addressed through elimination of market distorting measures and, thereby,enhancement of market function.

También fomentamos los esfuerzos de liberalización comercial mediante acuerdos comerciales regionales, entre ellos la Asociación Transpacífica (TPP), el Acuerdo de Asociación Económica entre el Japón y la UE, la Asociación Transatlántica de Comercio e Inversión (TTIP) y el Acuerdo Económico y Comercial Global (CETA) . Reconocemos que el exceso de capacidad mundial en los sectores industriales, especialmente el acero, es un desafío estructural urgente con repercusiones mundiales y que esta cuestión debe abordarse urgentemente mediante la eliminación de las medidas que distorsionan el mercado y, por consiguiente, la mejora de la función del mercado.
