日本企業の自己資本比率は、昨年度４割超えたそうです。ただ、自己資本利益率は、世界標準である１０％を超える水準と比べて、日本は、８.７％と見劣りします。自己資本利益率（ROE）は、効率性の高低を測るモノサシで、純利益を自己資本で割って算出する。１０万円の利益を生み出すのに１００万円の資本を使った企業のROEは１０％ですが、使った資本が５０万円ならROEは２０％です。
どうするのが良いのかと言えば、「働き方改革」「働かせ方改革」だと考えます。残業が付く付かないに関わらず、「用も無いのに ダラダラ会社に居ること」が一番ダメで 次にダメなのは、「朝遅く来て、定時後際限なく残って仕事をする」のだと考えます。
そして、そこで産まれた時間やお金をどう使うのかがさらに大事です。社員の能力開発や健康管理に充てて より社員の生産性を上げると言うのが好循環だと考えます。自分の居る組織では、本当に 残念ながら こういったことは難しいですけどね。
